My alarm didn’t ring

Open iOS Settings › SayAlarm and make sure Alarms is allowed. In SayAlarm, every alarm shows Set only when iOS has accepted it; if you see a warning instead, tap the alarm and save it again.

The alarm rings but doesn’t speak

Try another voice in Settings › Voice, then tap Update existing alarms. Higher-quality voices can be downloaded in iOS Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content › Voices.

Speaking a plan doesn’t work

Allow Microphone and Speech Recognition for SayAlarm in iOS Settings. You can always type your plan instead — for example “Tomorrow wake me at 7, tablets at 7:15 and leave for the bus at 7:45”.

Restoring a purchase

Go to Settings › Restore purchase inside SayAlarm, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. The lifetime unlock is shared with your Family Sharing group.
